James Allard, co-founder of &lt;a href="http://www.bluecsushi.com/"&gt;Blue C sushi&lt;/a&gt; used his business smarts and his creative talent to blend two of my favorite things:&amp;nbsp;technology and sushi! This is clearly an indication that the RFID technology is mature and ready for primetime.
