I haven't had a chance to install it yet but the home automation plugin's the WHS guys showed me at CES were awesome. Am interested to see if I can use it to turn on the airconditioning (or heating) remotely before heading home from work.

There are great practical joke possibilities as well ;)

Sure does, however I have to ask why your Internet TV beta doesn't work?, Is it a region thing, are you in the US?

does tv tonic count as a plug in? i just started using it and since i dont have access to the internet tv beta it really already has become my "tv" besides watching cnn online.
