The only thing sadder than this video is the enthusiastic raves on the comments section. We should be ashamed if our tech support is unresponsive to customer needs, if we cannot be intellectually honest with each other about the merits of competitors, and if our culture is arrogant, not celebrating it. There are some critics who suggest the people who are smart, and who give a damn, have left Microsoft, leaving behind a hollowed-out company staffed by deadwood. This video, and the comments, are depressing evidence that maybe our critics are right.

If the open source community would just take over the world already and get over themselves maybe we could move on with life.
