&lt;p&gt;2) You enter your choices on your touchscreen station.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3) When one of your choices is approaching, a flapper engages and kicks it off the main belt and onto your table.&amp;nbsp; The rest of the sushi keeps flowing by.&lt;/p&gt;
